Overview:

Pluripotent Stem Cell Facility – provides hands-on training in the culture techniques, characterization, and differentiation of both human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells and Federally-approved human embryonic stem (ES) cells. The facility maintains a well-characterized stock of human iPS cells and Federally-approved human ES cells for use by CSCRM investigators. Additionally, the facility derives human iPS cell lines from investigator-provided samples.
